Moguls are the bumps that form on a slope when lots of riders turn in the same area. Snow gets pushed into rounded mounds, with troughs (dips) between them, creating an uneven surface that changes throughout the day.
Moguls matter because they build the skills that make you a stronger rider everywhere: balance, timing, pressure control, and calm speed control. They can feel intimidating at first, but with a clear approach they become far more predictable, and a really satisfying way to improve your riding.

On-snow assessment: I’ll watch how you currently ride bumps (or the lead-up skills if moguls feel too much right now)

Coaching + feedback: step-by-step progress with cues you can actually remember (video can be used if it helps on the day)
Wrap-up plan: you leave with a short practice plan so you know exactly what to do next time you ride moguls
